In 2011 the design duo Salto & Sigsgaard won a design competition under the auspices of the Danish Ministry of Culture, to design the furniture for the Trusteeship Council Chamber (also called the Finn Juhl Chamber) at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
The Council Table is made with the ‘Secretary Table’ from the Trusteeship Council Chamber in mind.

Onecollection was founded in 1990 by Ivan Hansen and Henrik Sørensen who still run the company today and passionately provide high quality design solutions in cooperation with excellent designers.
In 2001, Onecollection was trusted with the exclusive rights to manufacture and re-launch Finn Juhl’s sculptural and iconic furniture by Finn Juhl’s widow. Today the unique Finn Juhl collection consists of 40 classic masterpieces, all of which Onecollection manufactures with the utmost respect for their original heritage and strict demands for quality.
Along with the well-known Finn Juhl classics, Onecollection also manufactures contemporary furniture of a very high quality at its own factory in Ringkøbing, Denmark.

Kasper Salto was born in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1967. He graduated as a cabinetmaker in 1988. In 1994 he graduated Danish Design School. He worked for designer Rud Thygesen, a famous Danish furniture designer. In 1997, he designed the Runner chair for Peter Stærk who made the chair famous in Denmark and around the world. Salto works Fritz Hansen, Onecollection and Stærk design.
Salto has received a number of design awards for his work, the The Furniture Prize 2003, Engelhardts Mindelegat Prize in 2005, and most recently, The Finn Juhl Prize in 2010.

Employed at PLH architects from 1995 – 1998, and Vilhelm Lauritzen architects from 1998 – 2001.
Own studio; ‘Over vandet’ Architects from 2001, mainly designing for private clients.
Main works: 'West View', ‘S house’, ‘HS2’, ‘SLA-house’, ‘TITAN’ and ‘HCA-Penthouse’.
Teaching at DIS (Danish International Study program) architecture and design program from 2001 – 2006. Started office (Salto & Sigsgaard) together with Kasper Salto in 2005.
