Tables
Knoll tables range from Eero Saarinen's Tulip series to Warren Platner's steel rod dining tables, Isamu Noguchi's Cyclone table, and Florence Knoll's executive desks.
The Saarinen Tulip table, part of the Pedestal Collection introduced in 1957, uses a single cast aluminium pedestal in place of four legs. The pedestal dining table creates more usable leg room across the full table width and allows unobstructed entry from any side, which is why it is frequently specified alongside banquette seating. The tulip base is available in round and oval dining sizes and in side table and coffee table dimensions, with laminate, wood veneer, and marble tops.
The Platner dining and coffee tables share the steel rod base construction of the Platner chairs, with glass tops and nickel-plated frames. The Noguchi Cyclone table, introduced in 1955 using Noguchi's original drawings, uses a wire base with a laminate or marble top. Florence Knoll's executive desk series uses a steel base with wood veneer or laminate in multiple lengths. The Barber Osgerby Piton Side Table uses a solid cast aluminium column with a stone or marble top.
Knoll tables ship across Canada from GRShop. Multiple sizes and top materials are offered across most collections.
