Details
Light, architectural space and natural landscape are the main elements of this project, based on principles of reduction of energy and materials. Through the dematerialization of volumes and mimetic transparency, and thanks to a slim recycled aluminum structure and methacrylate body, Mimesi does not hinder the vision, but silently integrates with the surrounding environment.

Carlotta de Bevilacqua
Italy, 1957
Born in Italy, Carlotta de Bevilacqua graduated in 1983 with an architecture degree from the Politecnico in Milan. As a designer she developed important research on lighting, developing innovative concepts and products for Artemide. Until 2004 Carlotta de Bevilacqua was Chief Executive Officer for the Brand Strategy & Development organization within the Artemide Group, with responsibilities in the areas of marketing, communication, and long-term vision.
Carlotta de Bevilacqua’s work ranges from architecture to interior and product design. Her clients include Artemide and Danese.
